DP83826I: SMI signal start up timing

Part Number: DP83826I

Hi,
Let me confirm about following two items.

- 1 -
* According to datasheet of DP83826I, there is following information.

image.pngimage.png
From above, it seems that MDC should be active state 50ms eariler after ramping up power supply.

On the other hand, there is following description in datasheet.

"The management entity must not start an SMI transaction in the first cycle after power up or hardware reset.
To maintain valid operation, the SMI bus must remain inactive at least until 50ms after power-up and at least until 2ms after reset is de-asserted (Refer to T4 in Power-up Timing and T2 in Reset Timing)."

From above, it seems that MDC should be active 50ms later after ramping up power supply.
We are confusing which information should be followed.

Here is customer's ramp up waveform.
This case applies former, however could you please give your reply whether this case is acceptable or not ?
