Can you elaborate on what you mean by the CLK switch only having I2C as a working connection?
As far as your schematic goes, everything seems to look correct so far with the correct decoupling capacitors and resistors being utilized.

Hi Kevin,
The TS3DV642-Q1 supports differential bandwidths of -3dB from DC up to 5.8GHz so there should not be any bandwidth issues.

Since you are using it for a DSI based application, I would recommend connecting the DSI CLK+ signal to the switch ICs HPD pin and the DSI CLK- signal to the CEC pin as shown in the datasheet's systems examples for DSI switching below.
