SN74LVC8T245-Q1: SN74LVC8T245-Q1 chip failure

Part Number: SN74LVC8T245-Q1

Dear TI,

We are using in one of our products the following component: www.ti.com/.../SN74LVC8T245-Q1
When opening the product's datasheet mentioned on above webpage we get this orderable part number: SN74LVC8T245QPWRQ1, so we asked the manufacturer of our product to use it.

The production PCBAs containing the above mentioned chip have started to fail in some ocassions, having some I/O lines of the SN74LVC8T245QPWRQ1 short circuited to GND.

When we looked at the device marking of the SN74LVC8T245QPWRQ1 assembled devices, the TI logo we normally expected there was missing. We also cannot further check the complete marking, the datasheet only specifies a "NH245Q" part marking.
On the chip we read now:
NH245Q
TI  53K
A7RF
5H

Can you please let us know whether this is a TI legit component and/or provide additional information about the marking details, e.g. build up/logo positioning/datecode/etc.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robert Muller
