Hi Miguel,

To respond the first question it should not take more than a day. For the request regarding official documentation supporting that, I believe getting a PPAP is what you would need. This could take up to a month. To request a PPAP you would need to go through the official process. I'm not too familiarized with this, so there might be a different process that could do it faster, so please reach out to the email and our PME should be able to provide more guidance.
