TUSB7340: Aggregated Throughput over the USB 2.0

Dear TI expert,

"Total USB2 bandwidth for single host is 480Mbps, it has to be shared by four downstream ports"  this is true even if PCIe interface used between Host and USB controller/Hub?

correct, since there is only one PCIe port which handles all USB downstream ports.

for USB controller, system software will manage bandwidth for different ports.

If I understand correctly, the TUSB7340 (USB 3.0 xHCI Host Controller) does not support 480 Mbps throughput simultaneously on all four downstream ports, because the total USB 2.0 bandwidth for a single host is 480 Mbps over the PCIe.

1. Is there any other TI USB device or simple solution in the TI portfolio that can provide 480 Mbps throughput simultaneously on all four downstream ports?
2. If TI does not have a simple solution, is this a limitation across the entire industry?
