Hi Frank,

As Theta-ja is a system level parameter that depends strongly on system level considerations such as layout, its difficult to provide a range.

A very simplified range can be derived from the equation shared above:

TJ = Ta + (theta-ja x power)

TJ = 85 + (169.3 x 0.000231) from 70uA current consumption x 3.3V

TJ = 85.039.

This is approximately equal to the ambient temperature range, so the junction temperature range will be approximately equal to the ambient temperature range.

However, keep in mind that the Theta-ja will change based on implementation.
