DS26F32MQML-SP: SEE report

We are thinking in changing the transceiver of one of our space product by the DS26F32MQML-SP. However, to decide it, some information about SEE limit it is necessary, as a requirement of a minimum of 60MeV*cm2/mg of SEE limit is set tu us.

Is there any report that provide that information?

No, in TNID I refer the Total Non Ionizing Dose, appart of the SEE previously requested.

The high rel team responded:

They'll double check to see if we have SEE report but initially they are not sure because the device originally came from National Semi and we may not have the repository that they used to store the data anymore.

For the Total Non Ionized Dose, they said that they are unfamiliar with this as this would just be baseline data. Is there something specific or maybe an example report that you have that I could show them so they know exactly what you're looking for.
