We hope this message finds you well.
We are currently in the process of designing a product using the LMH1297. As part of our development and validation activities, we would like to evaluate the return loss characteristics for a 12G‑SDI interface. However, we regret to inform you that we do not have access to the necessary measurement equipment and environment to perform this evaluation in-house.
We have investigated the possibility of renting a suitable network analyzer, but have unfortunately been unable to locate an instrument capable of supporting this measurement through available rental service providers. As a result, we are currently facing difficulties in proceeding with this evaluation.
In this regard, we would greatly appreciate your guidance on the following points:
- Whether TI offers access to laboratory facilities in Japan that could support such measurements
- Whether there are any recommended partner laboratories, third-party measurement services, or evaluation resources available
- Any alternative methods or best practices TI would suggest for evaluating return loss for 12G‑SDI applications using LMH1297, particularly in environments with limited measurement capabilities
