We are evaluating the TCA39416 for use on an I3C bus and would like to perform signal-integrity simulations before finalizing the design.
Could you please provide an IBIS model for the TCA39416? We are particularly interested in evaluating the rise and fall times, the effect of the edge-rate accelerators, and the behavior of the device with bus capacitance approaching the I3C limit.
If the validated production model is not yet publicly available, a preliminary model for evaluation purposes would still be helpful. We understand that simulation results obtained with a preliminary model may need to be treated with caution.
Please let us know whether an IBIS model, SPICE model, or any other suitable simulation model can be shared, and whether an NDA is required.
