Hi team,

I'm looking for HDMI protection device with clamping voltage at 8A Ipp IO to GND to be 4.5V or less.

Because ESD protection issue with TDP158.

Current ESD protection device is DF2B6M4BSL and it seems to be PUSB3FR4 for low clampling voltage.

Do you have any ESD device such as PUSB3FR4?

Hi ttd,

Unfortunately, we do not have any device that clamps below 4.5V. Is there any TLP plots or data for this downstream IC? ESD451DPLR is a p2p replacement for DF2B6M4BSL.

PUSB3FR4 is a deep snapback diode that we currently do not have in our portolfio This is in our roadmap for next year.

Hi ttd,

We are planning on releasing a 5V and 3.6V deep snapback part on 3Q next year. This can change so I will keep you updated.

Can you please share the pin you are trying to protect? Is it OE? Is there anything else in the line, like a resistance?

protection target pins are TMDS Output (OUT_Dxn/p) and TMDS Clock (OUT_CLKn/p).

There is only common mode noise filter.
