Hello, I am trying to find a replacement part for the DS9638CM/NOPB part. we are using DS9638CM/NOPB (DS9638 RS-422 Dual High Speed Differential Line Driver) and digikey has UA9638CDR (uA9638C Dual High-Speed Differential Line Driver ) as a direct replacement.  Is this close in specs, if not would I be able to get help on a better replacement part.

    Hi Brendan,

    Overall I don't see the UA9638 giving you any issues. It lines up closely with temp range, data rate, supply range, etc. The datasheets are older and so they provide less information, but the critical specs match.
