TUSB214: IBIS Model

Hi Veda,

For our USB2 redrivers, we have an HSpice model for the TUSB212/213, and a Spectre model for the TUSB216. If either of those models works, please let me know what your companies NDA with TI is, and I can send that over.

As a general note, we recommend the TUSB216 and TUSB211A over the TUSB214 due to improvements in performance and stability.
