Part Number: TCAN1044V

Panasonic has requested test data. Please provide the following data.

-Target product: TCAN1044VDRBRQ1 or equivalent

-Data content: Transmission Line Pulse Test Data.

  Example: Trigger voltage (Vt1: Turn-on Voltage)

    Unfortunately, the device is not a protection device and do not specify such data.

    Hence, the data sheet's abs max rating may be used as a safe reference point instead, thanks.

    I understand that this device is not a protective device.
    I am looking for characteristic data on the protective elements within this product.
    Do you have it?
    For example, TLP test data for thermal shutdown, overcurrent protection, and ESD protection elements.

    Hi T.Torihata,

    I understand. However, we unfortunately do not typically share such internal data.

    Hence, the data sheet's abs max may be used for your design guideline similar to how you intend to use the TLP data, thanks.
