Hi Charlie,
Thanks for the inquiry.
Can you please share a picture of the test setup and the information tab? Also, can you please share a register dump of the 927? You can go to the Register tab and click save.

I specifically want to check these registers to check the LINK status.

BR,
Esther
hi Esther,
0x0A = 0x00,
0x0B = 0x00,
0x0C = 0x03,
0x0D = 0x20

update the screenshot.
Hi Charlie,
Thanks for this information. Are you also using a 928 evaluation board as well?
Can you please send me a screenshot of your information tab? Something like this:

Are you able to access the 928 locally? If so, can you perform a register dump there?
Have you tried switching cables?
BR,
Esther
Not use 928 evaluation board, 928 is connect to customer design's LCD pannel.
927EVB -> 928chip LCM(LCD module)
use ALP can't connect to 928

Hi Charlie,
Thank you.
Just to confirm, they also have the 928 profile downloaded in their ALP?

Are you able to access the 928 locally? If so, can you perform a register dump there?
Have you tried switching cables?
Are they able to perform these actions?
BR,
Esther

Hi Charlie,
When you are attached to the 928, it looks like you have demo mode enabled. Please disable this and see if it's detectable through USB2ANY/Aardvark Setup, like so:

If it is properly detected, the information tab should look something like this:

If it is properly detected, can they please go to the Registers tab and click save, like so:

And share this register dump with me? This will help me continue the debug, thank you.
I also have some following questions:
Has the 928 board been successfully brought up before (I2C communication has been successful before)? How many boards are seeing this issue? Can you share the schematic of the 928?
BR,
Esther
Pleas help ref the SCH below.
We don't have Demo928, the product we designed, can't link with USB2ANY.
We have sent several board to our customer, but have some issue board.
We want to do the pre-test in our lab, through the Demo 927.
Could you please give some suggestions for the pre-test?

Hi Charlie,
Thanks for the response.
When you are connected to the 927, can you do a remote read to the 928? Like reading in the Scripting tab board.ReadI2C(0x68, 0x0) multiple times and see if it's able to communicate?
We have sent several board to our customer, but have some issue board.
What is the reported issue? Is it related to I2C communication?
Are you able to interact with the 928 locally via I2C? Like through this "TOUCH" block?

BR,
Esther
