Hi Bryan

The recommended conditions for TVS are as follows (highlighted in red): Short 32V for 2 minutes; the TVS should not burn out after operation; lower capacitance is better.

Can you share Datasheet of downstream IC protected? It's quite blurry and hard to see.

ESD diode should be above 32V, so our only low cap solution is ESD801 https://www.ti.com/product/ESD801. Typ cap is 0.3pF.

Can you also share application, end equipment? This is good to have for reference.
