SN75LVDS83: IOVCC available while VCC, LVDSVCC & PLLVCC not available

Hello Team,

We are developing a custom board using the SN75LVDS83BDGGR. The system is battery-operated. We are supplying 3.3 V to VCC, LVDSVCC, and PLLVCC, and 1.8 V to IOVCC. Is it acceptable to turn off the 3.3 V supply while keeping the 1.8 V IOVCC active?
