TFP410: Regarding the Evaluation of TFP410

Hi team,

My customer is currently considering adopting the TFP410, and I have the following two questions:

  1. Is the software register configuration performed based on the register information provided in the datasheet? If there are any additional register programming guides or configuration manuals available, please let me know.

  2. The customer is planning to use this device in a PTZ camera application. In this case, HDMI 1.4b compliance certification/testing will be required. Does this device have any past records, reference cases, or proven experience of passing HDMI 1.4b compliance testing?

      1. The SW register configuration is based on the register information in the datasheet. But you can use pin strap to configure TFP410, you do not have to use SW register to configure it. 

    2. The customer is planning to use this device in a PTZ camera application. In this case, HDMI 1.4b compliance certification/testing will be required. Does this device have any past records, reference cases, or proven experience of passing HDMI 1.4b compliance testing?

      1. TFP410 is compliant to the DVI Revision 1.0 specification. We never tested this device for HDMI1.4 compliance.
