Part Number: SN75LVDS389

Hi, 

I am looking for thermal resistance values for SN75LVDS389DBT, namely the junction to board thermal resistance value (Theta JB) and junction to case thermal resistance value (Theta JC) for this part.

    Please see the below thermal values: 

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 64.03
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 16.61
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 32.24
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 0.53
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 31.74
