Customer would like to know whether our 971 has any X-ray related limitation, including X-ray intensity, explosure time...etc?

The supplier shall ensure that all semi-conductors and all other components, including flash memory and NAND flash, are not exposed to X-ray radiation beyond the limits specified by the component manufacturer.
This includes defining the number of times a device can pass through the X-ray machine and the cumulative radiation energy (measured in Rads) does not exceed the component manufacturers specified tolerances.
The supplier shall verify the maximum allowable radiation exposure (both intensity and duration) for each type of device with the component manufacturer.
