TDP1204: Help with TDP1204 bring up in DP++ to HDMI application

Hello,

I am using a TDP1204 in a DP++ to HDMI source application. The DP++ comes from a Intel 13th gen 13800HRE CPU on a com express module. I wish to level translate to HDMI source. I cannot get the HDMI to work. 

I'd like someone to take a look at the schematics (which I can send by direct message) to see if it is a configuration issue.
