FPC402: FPC402 Temperature Ratings during disable state while still powered

I'm looking to use the FPC402RHUR part in a high-temp application but only need the part enabled at temperatures near it's rated operating temperature. Does disabling the part (while leaving VDD powered at 3.3V) boost the temperature rating up to at least 105C, which is closer to the 150C storage temp?

    Hi Riley,

    Even with FPC402 in a disabled/low-power state, you would still be operating the device outside of the operating ambient temperature of -40C to 85C.

    We do not characterize or guarantee device functionality outside of this operating ambient temperature range.
