Part Number: XIO2001
Dear Sir,
We have an industrial chassis that includes a PCI bus. We would like to translate the PCI bus signals to a local bus so that we can interface it with a memory device.
I was considering using the XIO2001IZAJ device, which is a PCI Express-to-PCI Bus Translation Bridge. I believe this device may be suitable for our application. However, I am not sure how to convert the PCI/PCIe signals into a local bus interface that can be used to control a memory device.
Is it possible to implement this functionality using an FPGA? i.e converting the PCIe signal (serial to paraller bus or converting to AXI bus). I would appreciate your suggestions on the best approach.
Additionally, please let me know if you have a PCI-to-local bus interface device that can perform this function directly.
Thank you for your assistance.
