TCAN1043HG-Q1: The static current difference between TCAN1043HG-Q1 SOIC packaging and VSON packaging

    When I tested the static current of TCAN1043, I found that there was a significant difference in current between the VSON and SOIC packages. According to the parameters in the datasheet, when VSUP is 48V, the maximum static current should be 30uA and the typical value is 15uA. The SOIC package meets the requirements, but for the VSON package, the actual measurement I conducted showed that it exceeded 40uA. Do you have any test data on the static current of VSON?

    Unfortunately, all characterization data shows the data sheet's spec should be consistent for all devices in the data sheet.

    Hence, would recommend to confirm while within the data sheet's recommended operating conditions (not 48 V for the non-H version, but 45 V) while ensuring ambient /  junction temperature is the same for both package measurements and the device is fully in sleep mode (not Go-to-Sleep transitional state) - nSTB low, EN high and INH observed as low.

    Furthermore, confirm the 40µA reading is consistent across multiple VSON units if al the above holds true or if isolated to one lot - a lot-specific outlier for a quality return, thanks.

        I used the MPN is TCAN1043HG(H version), I'm looking into whether there are other reasons causing the high static current issue.

       Update the test result, EN,  nSTB  and INH  is Low level, and I only  measurement the CAN transceiver static current is approximately 45uA(VSON version).

    This is not expected and the data sheet should be consistent.

    Please confirm across multiple units and that the device is not in standby mode specifying 45 uA max I.e., could you help show the CAN bus and INH showing Low? Thanks.
