Hi TIer

My customer want to use DS90CR286A in LVDS to RGB in medical edoscope application.

Could you hlep check if DS90CR286A support SPWG mapping input? 

If we use SPWG any change we need to set in chip or schemtic?

    Hi Tony,

    The device can support both VESA and JEIDA formats depending on how the schematic is done to ensure the output (RGB + HS/VS/DE) matches the input format.

    Yes, the device can support SPWG which is same as the VESA format. The VESA format has MSBs on RxIN3 so the device inputs should be connected as per datasheet table: "3. 8-Bit Color Mapping with MSBs on RxIN3±". So the output connections (RGB + HS/VS/DE) on the schematic will need to be based on the VESA format.
