I'm doing signal integrity analysis and I'm look for an IBIS model for PN DS16F95QML-SP. If one does not exist, is there a part that has an IBIS model and exhibits similar behavior?

    Hi William,

    Unfortunately not, this is a national semi acquired device and we have never made an IBIS model for it. 

    I'm also not aware of a similar device with a suitable IBIS model replacement.
