When the TMDS1204 is set to I2C mode (MODE = "F"), then "All other 4-level and 2-level pins are not used [..] since the functions exist in a register."
Does the chip have a preference how to pull these unused strap pins though? Leave them floating, pull to GND,...? Not from a functional perspective, but from an EMC/interference perspective.
