The customer wants to add a mipi retimer IC (initially selected TI-SN65DPHY440SS) between the platform SOC and the screen driver IC. But mipi performs compressed data transmission, and SOC will transmit a PPS=password for decompression from the screen end. I would like to ask, does using a retimer IC have any impact on decompression? Thanks!!!
