TI Part Number: SN65HVD10DR

Customer Concern: The customer reports that the top marking and X-ray image of the received devices differ significantly from previously used SN65HVD10DR parts.

Our customer would like to have a marking confirmation to see if they received a right part and get to know the meaning of marking below

Is there any PCN?

Could you help to advise?

Hi Alan,

The device labeled 2BMAHTE is from DLIN fab (pre-PCN).

The device labeled 49KC8F1 is from RFAB fab (post PCN).

I can't guarantee that both devices are genuine but the lot trace code labels on the top of each are trackable in our system and confirm the fab of origin.

This will explain why the leadframe/die/x-ray looks different.
