Hi 

Please share the charge pump frequency details for RS232 transceiver IC TRS3232EQPWRQ1

Facing issues in CE and RE test as per CISPR25 class3 failing at frequencies 530, 640, 760, 880 KHz

    Sunil,

    I can check with our design team but my understanding is that we don't specifically set a frequency, instead it is threshold driven where our device will try to keep the regulated voltage between a certain voltage.

    Design team has gotten back to me and stated that they do have an internal oscillator inside of the device that is set to 1MHz but can have as much as 30% tolerance.
