Hi Team,

We are planning to use the TPD4E05U06DQAR TVS diode for the MIPI signal lines (CSI-2, 4-lane) in our product. However, I noticed that MIPI is not explicitly listed under the recommended applications in its datasheet.

Could you confirm if this IC is suitable for MIPI interfaces in our application? If not, could you recommend a more appropriate alternative?

Can you confirm the speed that you are using? I see that it can go up to 10Gbps.

Hi Bryan,

The MIPI speed we are using in our product is 1.5Gbps per lane.

Hi Vignesh,

Then I do not see a problem if you use this device with your product. All you need to confirm is that the VClamp is below the abs max ratings of the device you are using. I can support with that if you share your downstream IC.
