Hi,

I'm looking for the maximum junction temperature and storage temperature rating for your device P/N SN65LBC173A. Neither ratings are listed on the datasheet. Can it be assumed from HTOL and HSTL qualification testing temps that those can be used to infer maximum temperature ratings?
