Is part number TCA9548A manufactured in the USA.  If not, where?  If not, can you give me one that is and is compatible with it?

    Hello Paul,

    It is not manufactured in the USA, only in Japan. 
    We don't have a compatible device that is manufactured in the USA either. 

    This one and a compatible one (PCA9548A) are both only manufactured in Japan.
