We do not have the IBIS model for DPHY440. Please see attached for the encrypted DPHY440 HSPICE model,

Please note that we no longer have the encrypted HSPICE license so the support for the model is limited. Keysight does have a document on how to use encrypted HSPICE mode in ADS simulator, https://edadownload.software.keysight.com/eedl/ads/2011_01/pdf/hspicecosim.pdf.
