SN65HVD251: storage temperature

Part Number: SN65HVD251

SN65HVD251DR- CAN Transceiver does not have a listed storage temperature on the datasheet. SNx5HVD251 Industrial CAN Bus Transceiver datasheet (Rev. G)

My application’s specification requires that I do need to comply with storage temperature requirements of -54-degree C.

SN65HVD251 works very well in the application.

I am looking for some guidance about how to procced here.

Can we get a more official statement, or letter, regarding storage temperature rating for SN65HVD251R, that we can put in a report to our customer? I am not sure they will accept a comment from E2E forum.

Hi Jamel,

Unfortunately, this is an older device that do not mention / specify.

However, you may use any of our other devices that specify the storage temp as reference where they all show -65 deg C, thanks.
