Hi AE,

We encountered an issue during USB testing. While testing USB 3, the EQ eye diagram is not wide enough.

Please find the attached test report. Could you kindly advise if you have any recommendations for the EQ settings?

We can adjust the EQ settings to get a better result.

Can you confirm this is an accurate block diagram of the system?

In this case can the customer try adjusting the value of SSEQ? What is the current setting SSEQ?

Hi AE,

Yes, this product is used in a monitor application.

Currently, both the SSEQ and CEQ settings are configured as Equalization Setting 3.

Has the customer tried increasing the SSEQ value? Can they try settings 4-8?
