  3. Material content for this part is having 2 varations, one for Mass of 0.1mg and another one for 0.2mg, please let us know the applicable reason and site variation between the two.

    Hi Vivek,

    Our TVS/ESD diodes have basically no power dissipation so TJ=TA. In this case the max TJ would be 125C. This device has two different sources, both in China.

    The reason there is 2 material content for this part is because this device is built in two different sites. This being said the 0.2 mg corresponds to the site JCETCZ. The 0.1mg corresponds to CARZAT.
