Part Number: TPD1E04U04

HI Team,

For TPD1E04U04DPYR, we noticed there are 2 versions of terminal finish of NiPdAu and NiPdAuAg, please let us know how we can get part with NiPdAu finish if our requirement/production is in US.

Also please let us know Country of Origin for this part.

    Hi Vivek,

    Country of origin is China. This device is built in several sites which is why you see two options for terminal finish. We currently do not have a plan to manufacture this part in the US, but we do have a plan to manufacture in Malaysia with a timeline of 09/01/2026

    Hi Bryan,

    Thanks for your response.

    We understood that Country of origin is China and part being built at several sites within China and for these different location we have different finish.

    We wanted to know if there any way that while ordering if we mentioning particular site part request to get only NiPdAu finish for this part??

    Hi Vivek,

    Good news is that the AT site with NiPdAuAg finish is no longer manufacturing this part. This being said, there could still be some material from this site. This is a bit out of my role, can you please email me bryanr@ti.com? I will cc the responsible people for logistics.
