Can you please provide the following information for the TUSB1106PWRG4 part?
I apologize for the delay in response. I am working to your requested information added to the datasheet as well but have gathered the following from our packaging department.
1) via the datasheet, the recommended operating condition for junction temp is -40C to 85C
2) Pd available is boundary condition dependent. Assuming a JEDEC standard board, one can see Pd available vs. environmental free air temp in the following derating curve.
3) Data can be gathered from the above graphs.
4) Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 111.2
5) Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 56.2
6) Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 46.0
7) accounting of all constituent masses and total mass gives 61.9 mg
