LMH0303: the termination resistor configuration for the SDI input pin

I would like to ask about the termination resistor configuration for the SDI input pin of the LMH0303. 

In the datasheet, the configuration uses two 49.9-ohm resistors and one 0.1uF capacitor.

On the other hand, the evaluation board (SD303EVK) uses a single 100-ohm resistor.

Could you please advise which configuration we should use for our design?
("Either is acceptable" / "Datasheet configuration is recommended" / "Evaluation board configuration is recommended")
