TIDA-050047: Registers reset

Hello,

Working with the TIDA-050047 in a 3S configuration, in a sink-only mode.

Every time after I either plug, or unplug the wall-adapter, I notice that the registers of the TPS25751D are reset.

Is this a normal behavior?

Is there a way around it?

    Hi Yoav, 

    The TPS25751 registers will reset when the device is power cycled. The TPS25751 can be powered from VBUS (i.e. from wall adapter) or from VIN3V3 (see description from datasheet below). 

    In the reference design, VIN3V3 is generated from the SYS rail on the battery charger.
