DS320PR1601: Pin Number and X-Y locations for pins for the DS320PR1601ZDGR device

Part Number: DS320PR1601

There has been some internal discussion about the accuracy of the PCB footprint for the "DS320PR1601ZDGR"
We have been overlaying the 3D step output vs  the Ultralibrarian vs the datasheet and have questions.
 
  1. Is there a XY listing for the pin numbers and positions for this device available?
  2. Has TI validated the Ultralibrarian footprint vs the PDF drawing? (We have noticed the design units "in" vs MM)
     
Please help us clarify the location for all pins and email us any supporting information that help us make the correct decision.

    The datasheet description is the correct reference footprint to use.

    Can you help point out the specific discrepancies between datasheet and Ultralibrarian footprint? I will follow-up internally to address these discrepancies.
