    Hi,

    The TUSB1044 is a 4-channel input to 4-channel output redriver. There is no internal muxing functionality for the SS/ DP lanes. 

    The TUSB1146 is a 6-channel input to 4-channel output active mux. the 6-channel input is comprised of 4-DP lanes and 2-USB SS lanes. The 4-channel output is a muxed combination of the 6 input channels.
