DP83826E: How to set up DP83826E/DP83826AE's reset pin

Considering the active-low reset and the fact that the MCU and PHY share the same power supply, the reset signal CATRESTOUT is output only after the MCU has successfully completed its reset. A delay of 40–50 ms is used (what duration would you recommend as more appropriate?).
