I got feedback from the team responsible for this device:
"Not necessarily because of the technology. The technology is LBC3s, which has bipolar technology and is not pure CMOS.
We don’t have any NDD data on this device or process to suggest it is susceptible or not."
BOBBY If I replace the part with THVD9491-SEP, can I use NDD data from TPS7H2221-SEP? Both use LBC9 technology

Thanks for your patience here. Bobby is out of office. We are following up internally to see if this is possible. But I will say based on my current knowledge, the answer is likely no. These devices have very different transistor counts so it will not be an apples to apples comparison.
Our other space grade transceivers do not have NDD reports like that one you showed. But they do have the TID reports: https://www.ti.com/product-category/interface/rs-485-rs-422-transceivers/products.html#1498=Space&

Hi Andres,
I reached out to our space power team, and they confirmed the report shouldn't be transferred for the reason I mentioned above. These are very different devices even though they share the same process.
