SN65HVD1781: SN65HVD1781D can't receiver text data

Hi Ti,

I bulit two pieces of SN65HVD1781D in my FPGA board, the schematic is as below, I am trying send text data from NB through USB to RS485 cable to SN65HVD1781D in the FPGA board, it looks like that the SN65HVD1781D can't receive text data from NB, what is wrong in the schematics ?

The component AZ1045-04F is removed out of the FPGA board now.

R98, R101, R105, R105 are uninstalled
