Hello:

At the moment, after adding this TDP0604IRNQT component to the customer's circuit, the entire input signal is not working. Can you help check if there are any problems with the schematic and PCB? The PCB picture is a cropped image, thanks!!!

    Looking at the schematic, you have 20k pulldown on MODE pin. This will disable the DDC buffer, but it looks like you are using the DDC buffer in this design. In this case, you should change MODE pin to 1k pulldown.

    With 1k pulldown on MODE pin, please make sure both CFG0 and CFG1 have 1k pulldown to GND as well. 

    The EN pin has an internal 250k pull-up to VIO, so you should remove the external pullup resistor and have an external pulldown capacitor to create a passive reset circuit. 

    Any chance you can probe the DDC bus first after making these changes?
