I am having an issue using the DP83867E in SGMII mode using PS-GTR where my LED for working 1000B-T link is up so the RJ45(ABCD) side should be working just fine. The SGMII partner is a Zynq MPSoC, and the activity light does not blink when initiating a ping from the FPGA, but when initiating from the computer the RJ45 is plugged in, it does. so I know the issue is on the FPGA to PHY SGMII connection. I have attempted to probe the GTR lanes but I am limited by my probe's bandwidth, so I can't get much information other than a signal of ~600mV on the line.
