THVD1439V: Looking for a RS-485 to TTL chip

Hi,

I'm looking for a RS-485 full and half duplex IC that can convert to TTL. It needs to be able to convert data up at a max of 20Mhz. would you have any recommendations for a IC Thtat could do this?
