Part Number: TS3DV642-Q1
Customer is evaluating TS3DV642-Q1 as a MIPI C-PHY mux for camera interface switching. The datasheet clearly specifies D-PHY data rate up to 4.5 Gbps/lane, and lists "MIPI C-PHY based CSI-2" as a supported application (6 differential channels can be grouped into trios). However, no explicit C-PHY symbol rate (Gsps) is specified.
Request:
1. Can TS3DV642-Q1 support MIPI C-PHY at 4.5 Gsps (per-trio symbol rate)?
2. What is the maximum supported C-PHY symbol rate / trio bandwidth?
3. Any application note or characterization data for C-PHY mode?
If we want to support 4.5Gsps MUX, which should we suggest ? Thanks.
