Hello Expert,
How much slew rate did you used when you defined tPD?
In timing chart, tPD is delay from signal exceed to low/high against VCCI/2
On the other hands, this device's Vit is not VDDI/2 due to it have hysteresis and variation.
For example, Vit_neg during 1.1V is 0.31V~0.48V againt 0.55V=VDDI/2.
Then, tPD definition should be different if slew rate of input signal too slow.
Moreover, this device don't have any limitaion for slew rate of input signal.
Therefore, we'd like to now how much slew rate is anticipated during tPD definition.
